WHITE HYUNDAI PAINT IS DEFECTIVE!! I purchased a brand new white 2020 Palisade from Palmers Airport Hyundai not even 5 years ago & the paint is now peeling off the roof with the primer exposed about 7 inches wide x 5 inches tall - . Hyundai Corporate Customer Care told me to make an appointment with Palmers Service Department to have them take pictures & submit as a warranty claim to see if it would be covered. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone call with updates the entire time. Th only reason I found out it was "done" was because I called 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. I left 10 messages over the 3 days and no one called me back. They diagnosed my truck with having no issues!!! I asked for an oil change on the truck while they had it, that was not done as well!! I smell lemons everywhere in the service department on the lot there are lemons everywhere. Stay away I bought a lemon there engine started knocking after three days and they gave me a loaner and guess what the engine started knocking and when I got my car back guess what had a major electrical brake down . Oh and to add insult to injury they sold my trade and gave me a check for a 1000 dollars guess I can buy a lawnmower or bicycle to drive. Stay away!!!!!!!

After visiting four dealerships prior, We weren't anticipating anything different with this stop either. Mr. Westry (The Fresh Prince) greeted us with a smile and didn't feel like your typical "pushy" salesman. What I liked was that, after a few questions, we were whisked off in the golf cart (nice touch) to look at the inventory.
